Leah Miller and Brita Miller (Newhouse) are an exceptional pair who left an undeniable mark on the IWU Women’s Tennis program during their time together as doubles partners from 1997-1999. Their remarkable doubles record of 33-2 is a testament to their unmatched synergy and relentless drive. The duo went undefeated during the regular season with their only two losses coming in postseason play. Both athletes were rightfully honored with NAIA All-American accolades in 1998-99. Leah Miller made her mark on the tennis court during her four-year tenure from 1995-1999, boasting an impressive career singles record of 61-5 and an equally impressive doubles record of 65-5. Not to be outdone, Brita Miller (Newhouse) dominated the tennis scene from 1996-2000, amassing a career singles record of 67-5 and an awe-inspiring doubles record of 69-5. Their athletic abilities extended beyond tennis, as both athletes excelled in women's basketball. Leah is recognized as the program leader with 322 career three-pointers made, the fifth-highest scorer with 1,774 points, and ranks among the top ten in career assists with 348. Brita's basketball career was equally remarkable, as she holds the program record with 1,170 career rebounds and ranks sixth in career points with 1,697.
