Indiana Wesleyan won the 2000 NCCAA National Championship and finished the historic season with a 43-4 record. The team set program records with 43 wins, a 26-match win streak, and reached No. 11 in the NAIA Coaches’ Poll – the best in program history at that time. The 2000 season was a culmination of the rise of the program that managed just seven wins four seasons earlier. The season launched the program into national prominence and in the 17 years since the historic season Indiana Wesleyan has seven trips to the NAIA National Championship, eight regular season league championships, and 13 league tournament championships.
"Hard work. Perseverance. This team honored God by competing and finishing the race set before them. From 7-31 to 43-4 in four years, the journey was completed with a tremendous amount of hard work that was made possible by Him and meant to honor Him. Colossians 3:23" -- Deane Webb, former Indiana Wesleyan volleyball head coach
