SEIFFERT PERSPECTIVE
- “I am really proud of our teams’ grit and resilience today. Coming off of a short turnaround in matches and to go down twice and bounce back each time definitely shows the type of resolve this team has. We have a lot to continue to work on in order to get to the place where we know we need to be, but it was definitely a good step in mentality to end up with the result the way we did. I’m really proud of the way our women’s team fought for each other and we can’t wait to return home to Wildcat Nation.”
NEXT TIME ON THE PITCH
- IWU returns home on Friday, August 31 for a 4 p.m. start against Rio Grande (Ohio.).
