No. 20 Indiana Wesleyan Women's Tennis stayed undefeated in Crossroads League play with a dominant 7-0 win over Mount Vernon Nazarene on Tuesday afternoon. All 3 doubles matches were swept by IWU with
Danica Kuntz getting her first action of the year, pairing with
Maria Oliveira for the 6-0 win at no. 3 doubles. The Wildcats continued to shut down the Cougars, sweeping the rest of the match.
Sofia Munoz,
Nicole Puga,
Maria Oliveira, and
Lauren Dick all won their singles matches without giving up a point.
Meribel Jarna was not far behind with a 6-0, 6-1 win at no. 2 singles and
Michaela Cook was another Wildcat whose season debut came during the match. Cook collected her first collegiate win with a 7-5, 6-1 victory at no. 6 singles.
