Munoz Earns NAIA Women's Tennis All-American First Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo.  - The 2025-26 NAIA Women's Tennis All-American awards were announced Thursday, with senior Sofia Munoz being named as a First Team member.

Munoz is one of the most decorated Women's Tennis players in IWU program history, as she has earned both All-Crossroads League team honors and NAIA All-American First Team honors in each of her four years as a Wildcat! The Columbia native helped the Wildcats to a 19-9 overall record and a Crossroads League Tournament Semifinal appearance this year.

SOFIA MUNOZ 

FIRST TEAM

Sofia Munoz was named to the NAIA All-American First Team for the fourth time in her career. The senior is the first Women's Tennis player to earn NAIA All-American First Team in four straight years in program history! Munoz finished the year as the 49th overall ITA NAIA women's singles player and worked with Nicole Puga to be the 21st overall ITA NAIA women's doubles team.
