WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. - Indiana Wesleyan Men's Tennis played at #18 University of the Cumberlands on Friday. The Wildcats won at no. 2 doubles 6-3 and lost at no. 3 doubles 6-1. The match came down to no. 1 doubles and the Wildcats were tied 4-4 before losing the next two games to lose the doubles point. In singles, the Wildcats weren't able to fair any better and were swept 7-0.

GLEGHORN PERSPECTIVE

 

• "we played spirited doubles and played hard.  I really thought up a break at 1 early we would be able to get the early 1-0 lead but we couldn't hang on,"  said Head Coach James Gleghorn. "We need more fire and effort in singles.  Tomorrow we go out again against a top 20 team. Hopefully, we will have more success in singles."
