SHIGLEY PERSPECTIVE
- It was a great weekend to be an IWU Wildcat. The men and women both dominated the tournament by having an all IWU finals in both singles and doubles and in both the men's and women's tournament. I have never seen this done before. In fact, all 4 men's doubles teams in the semifinals doubles tournament were from IWU. I think this just shows the depth of our lineup this year.
- All winners qualify for the NAIA ITA Cup which is the National Tournament in Rome, Georgia later this month. However, we are hoping several of our other players will get an At-Large bid to participate. The A-Large participants will be decided on Tuesday of this coming week.
