What Went Down (Game 2)

• The Pilots scored first with a single run in the 3rd inning.
• Brandon Shaffer (JR/Albuquerque, N.M.) hit a RBI double to tie the game for the Wildcats at 1-1. Caleb Eder came to bat later in the inning and hit a sac fly to score Shaffer for the 2-1 lead.
• Morgan Erla hit a sac fly in the 6th inning for Bethel as the game was tied 2-2.
• Bethel scored the walk-off win in the 7th inning when Heath Brooksher singled home Austin Branock with two outs.
• Tim Olvaney (FR/Hemet, Calif.) took a no-decision as he gave up 1 run on 5 hits in 6.0 innings. Marcus Price (JR/Hartford City, Ind.) was the losing pitcher as he gave up 1 run on 2 hits in 1.1 innings.
