No. 20 Indiana Wesleyan Women's Tennis played in the Crossroads League Tournament Quarterfinal on Monday afternoon against Spring Arbor, winning in a clean sweep 4-0. The Wildcats took the doubles point after

Katie Parr won 6-1 at twos and
Meribel Jarna &
Lauren Dick took no. 3 doubles 6-2. Due to the point being clinched, the no. 1 spot did not finish.
Moving into singles, the Wildcats needed three wins to clinch the match.
Lauren Dick was the first to finish, winning 6-1, 6-0 at the no. 6 position. The next Wildcat to win was
Nicole Puga at no. 4, 6-1, 6-1. She was followed very shortly by
Meribel Jarna who secured the match win with her victory at no. 2 singles, 6-1, 6-4. It was a race to the finish as the other three singles matches were all in favor of IWU. Indiana Wesleyan hosts the rest of the tournament matches here in Marion with the Semifinal being played on Wednesday, April 22nd.
