MARION, Ind. — Indiana Wesleyan Men's Tennis took on top 25 ranked Marian University on Saturday morning, falling 5-2. The Wildcats fought hard in doubles, winning at the no. 1 spot but couldn't win again and started down 1-0.
The Wildcats battled in singles but lost 4 of the 6 matches.
Matheus Lima won at no. 1, 6-4, 6-3.
Michail Klinkov also took a point for IWU with a 6-3, 6-2 victory at no. 2 singles. However, the Knights won the rest of the singles points and took the match, 5-2.
