Noah Wathen was named the NAIA Pitcher of the Week, as announced by the NAIA on Tuesday.This is the first time Wathen has claimed the award in his career and the first time a Wildcat has been named the national pitcher of the week since
Brock Buckley claimed the honor last April.
Wathen tossed a complete game shutout in seven innings while striking out 16 batters. He gave up just four hits and allowed zero walks to pick up his third win of the season.
