St. Louis, Mo. — Indiana Wesleyan Men's Tennis took on top 15 Missouri Baptist on Friday afternoon. The Wildcats lost 6-1 to the Spartans in a hard fought match. MBU took the no. 3 doubles to start the match but IWU won at no. 1 doubles behind
Matheus Lima and
Michail Klinkov. Missouri Baptist would take the doubles point with the no. 2 doubles win and started 1-0. The Spartans took the next 5 points at 2 through 5 singles. In final matchup of the day,
Matheus Lima stayed hot and won a 3rd set tiebreaker to give the Wildcats their lone point of the match.
