MARION, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan Women's Volleyball closed out a three-set sweep of Spring Arbor University on Wednesday night. The Wildcats improve to 8-2 in Crossroads League play and snapped their three game skid dating back to September 30th.

SET 1 (W, 25-20)
- Spring Arbor jumped out to a 4-1 lead, but IWU answered immediately with a 5-0 run to take a 6-4 edge.
- The Cougars climbed back within one, 11-12, before the Wildcats put together another 3-0 run to push ahead 11-15.
- Spring Arbor trimmed the gap with a late 3-0 run to bring it within one at 17-18, but IWU closed on a 7-4 finish to take the opener, 25-20.
SET 2 (W, 25-22)
- Trailing 2-4 early, IWU answered with a 3-0 run to go up 6-7 thanks to a kill from Breanna Tubergen and Shae Williams.
- The two sides traded the lead through the middle of the set — Spring Arbor scored three straight for a 13-10 edge, and the Wildcats answered right back with three of their own to tie it at 13.
- IWU later strung together another 3-0 run to lead 16-17, and the set stayed tight down the stretch before the Wildcats prevailed, 25-22.
SET 3 (W, 25-20)
- IWU built some early cushion with a 4-0 run to make the score 5-9 thanks to a kill by Shae Williams and service ace by Morgan Osborn.
- Later the Wildcats stretched the lead to seven points, 12-19, behind another 4-0 burst.
- Spring Arbor made things interesting late with back-to-back 3-0 runs of its own, pulling within one at 20-24, but IWU closed it out to finish the sweep, 25-20.
