KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Indiana Wesleyan football stayed at No. 5 in the first regular-season installment of the NAIA Football Netting Professionals Coaches' Top 25 Poll, announced by the national office on Monday.
The Wildcats earned a come behind victory on Saturday, defeating (RV) Olivet Nazarene 28-27. The Wildcats scored 14 unanswered points in the second half to secure the victory. The IWU defense helped get the win with a goal line stand and a game sealing interception from
Brock Thomason.
Indiana Wesleyan heads to Indianapolis to face the 19th ranked Marian Knights this Saturday at 1:00 PM.
