MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan University Men's Tennis swept IU East 7-0 to go to 2-1 on the year. At no. 1 doubles
Michail Klinkov and
Timo Fischer got down early 3-0 and stormed back to win 6-4. No. 2 doubles of
Riley Fuqua and Matheus Lima and no. 3 doubles
Isaiah Hostetler and
Sandro Hilberger both won their respective matches 6-1.
In singles, Hilberger played his best match of the year winning 6-0, 6-0.
Riley Fuqua continued his hot start to the season with a 6-0, 6-3 victory at no. 6 singles to go along with his doubles victory.
Timo Fischer playing no. 3 singles had a straight set victory winning 6-2, 6-2. Lima had another impressive win at no. 1 singles to continue to lead the Wildcats.

Super pleased with Isaiah Hostetler grinding out 7-6, 7-5 victory. He really showed his leadership today and his fight to win. Freshman Michail Klinkov played an incredible match for a freshman and beat a really talented player from IU East really proud of Misha and grateful to see his growth as a player and person."
