AUSTIN, Texas - Indiana Wesleyan men's basketball saw
Griffin Kliewer named to the NAIA Academic All-American Second Team, following nationwide voting by College Sports Communicators members.
"Yet another accomplishment that truly embodies what
Griffin Kliewer is all about," said Head Coach
Greg Tonagel. "He is a student-athlete of all proportions!"
The CSC Academic All-America team is based upon both athletic and academic achievement. Eligible student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically. They need to have a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade point average and must compete in 90% of the institution's games/contests played OR must start in at least 66% of the games/contests. CSC membership covers sports information directors and content creators across all levels of collegiate athletics.
