MARION, Ind. - No
. 24 Women's Tennis went indoors on a rainy Saturday and defeated Campbellsville University 4-1. With the win, the Lady Wildcats won their 8th straight to go to 18-7. No. 1 and 2 doubles won 6-3 and 6-2 respectively. Antezana and Munoz at no. 1 doubles broke Campbellsville in their second service game and held the rest of the way. At no. 2 doubles, Jarna and Parr played a complete match and closed out a double break 5-0 lead at 5-2 with a hold.
In singles,
Sofia Munoz played a tough match at one but lost 7-5, 6-4.
France Antezana played a tremendous match and clinched the team match with a 10-6 super tiebreaker win.
Katie Parr and Mariebel Jarna won in straight sets.
