CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. - Indiana Wesleyan Men's Tennis traveled to Chicago on Thursday to battle Judson in an indoor match. The Wildcats had chances to win the doubles point after winning a tiebreaker at no. 2 doubles. IWU lost at no. 1 and no. 3 doubles 6-4 after being up a break.
In singles, every match was close with
Ethan Gray winning at no. 1 singles 6-4, 7-6. Judson won at no. 2 with both sets going to a tiebreaker and Judson won at no. 3 10-6 in super tiebreaker.
Valentino Trento came back and won in super tiebreaker 10-6 while
Riley Fuqua won 10-5 in a super tiebreaker at no. 6. Unfortunately for the Wildcats, they lost the no. 5 singles match in a super tiebreaker after being up a set and a break. It was a tough 4-3 loss after winner the last two matches 4-3.

- "Judson came out ready to play today and got an early lead. We fought back and had so many chances to win today but couldn't get it done," said Head Coach James Gleghorn. "I hope to do a better job tomorrow making sure we are fired up and ready to play from the first serve."
