MARION, IND. - No. 7 Indiana Wesleyan began their Saturday by unveiling the 2023 National Championship Red Banner and ended it with a dominant sweep over Crossroads League foe Spring Arbor. The WIldcats have won fifteen straight sets including three straight sweeps.

MATCH VITALS

• IWU began the first set with a 7-2 run. The Cougars never pulled closer than 4 points for the duration of the set as the Wildcats took the set 25-13.
• The second set followed the same script as the first as Indiana Wesleyan took an early 12-5 lead. SAU could never gain any momentum, once again falling 25-13.
• In set three Spring Arbor held their own early, holding a 7-6 lead before an 11-3 lead gave IWU a commanding 8 point lead. The red and gray held on for a 25-14 lead.
• Martina Demarchi and Eva Joldersma led the offense with 12 kills each.
• Abbigail Porter tallied 5 service aces.
• Julia Price had 5 blocks, Porter and Demarchi each added 3.
• Joldersma led the team with 14 digs.
• Porter posted 36 assists.
