MARION, Ind. - No. 4 Indiana Wesleyan Women's basketball opened up the Crossroads League Tournament with a dominant win over Taylor. The Wildcats knocked down 15 triples as they took down the Trojans 114-62. Lilli Frasure led IWU with 27 points, 7 rebounds, 6 steals, and 4 assists in only 22 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENED

• Lilli Frasure was on fire from the opening tip, scoring 12 points on 6/6 shooting in the first frame as the Wildcats grabbed a 29-16 lead.
• IWU outscored the Trojans 36-15 in the second quarter, taking a 65-31 lead into the locker room. The Wildcats shot 56% from the field and 58% from beyond the arc in the quarter.
• The red and gray continued to dominate in the third quarter, extending their lead by 13 points.
• Led by 7 points from Emily Mattingly in the final frame, IWU finished their strong performance with a 114-62 victory.

NOTABLE NUMBERS

• 15: The Wildcats knocked down a season high 15 threes on 40% shooting.
• 18: The home team grabbed 18 offensive rebounds while Taylor brought down only 17 total boards.
• 65: The IWU bench outscored the entire Taylor team with 65 points.
