MARION, Ind. - No. 4 Indiana Wesleyan Women's basketball was victorious over Spring Arbor University with a final score of 80-67 to extend their CRL Playoff trip to the championship. Lilli Frasure was the top performer for the Wildcats on the night with 26 points, six rebounds, four assists, and two steals.

WHAT HAPPENED

• With a close start to the first quarter, the Wildcats gained an eight-point lead with two minutes to go before SAU went on a 6-0 run to bring it back within two with a minute to go. IWU finished the first quarter with two baskets to lead SAU with a scoreline of 23-17. 
• The red and gray continued to build upon their lead in the second quarter and finalized the first half up by 16 at 47-31. 
• In the third quarter, the Wildcats played great defense containing SAU to 31% from the field and maintained a 69-46 lead to enter the fourth quarter up by 23. 
• IWU had a slow fourth quarter going 4-16 but closed out SAU to secure their trip to the Crossroads League Championship with a final score of 80-67. 

NOTABLE NUMBERS

• 12/13: Taylor Folkema secured a double-double in the crucial CRL Playoff win with 12 points and 13 rebounds. 
• 45: The Wildcats grabbed 45 rebounds on the night over SAU's 33.
