Evan Fry threw seven shutout innings in game two, completing the sweep. With his home run in game two,
Lucas Goodin set a new career home run record with 38.

- Ty Mathews scored on a Nick Wiley single in the 4th to get IWU on the board. Wiley would score moments later on a Colby Jenkins single.
- A Nick Wiley sac fly brought Mathews home again, this time in the 6th inning to give IWU a 3-0 lead.
- The Cougars cut into the lead with 2 runs in the 7th.
- Another sac fly from Wiley brought Quinn Willard across in the 8th. Jake Thompson and Bryce Ginder each brought 2 runs across, extending the lead to 8-2
- In the 9th innings, Nick Wiley picked up his 4th RBI of the game and Evan Salmon scored on an error by MVNU.
- Will Eldridge posted 6 strikeouts, 5 hits, and 2 runs in 6.2 innings. Grayson Knight pitched the final 2.1 innings allowing only 1 hit.
- Lucas Goodin scored an a sac fly from Evan Salmon in the 1st inning.
- Goodin hit his team leading 10th home run of the season in the 3rd, giving a IWU a 2-0 lead. Goodin's home run set the new school record with 38 for his career. The previous record was set by 2019 Crossroads League Player of the Year Caleb Eder who had 37.
- Evan Fry shut down the Cougars from the mound, pitching a complete game with 2 strikeouts, 4 hits, and 0 runs.
- "Guys competed well in each phase of the game. We defended at a high level.," said Head Coach Rich Benjamin. "Luke Roman's series was full of web gems and double plays. Four great starts on the mound were supported by each pen guy shutting it down."
- The Wildcats resume their series with Saint Francis from earlier in the season at home on April 10th at 2:00 p.m.
