SPRING ARBOR, MI. - No. 1 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball completed their unbeaten regular season on Saturday, taking down Spring Arbor 3-1. The Wildcats head into the Crossroads League Tournament with an unblemished record at 29-0.

MATCH VITALS

• The Wildcats got out to a good start, taking a 17-5 lead. The Cougars went on a run, tying the set at 20.  Both teams exchanged points late before Spring Arbor was able to pull off the first set come back and take the set 27-25. 
• It was all IWU in set two, taking a 19-1 lead and cruising to an easy 25-9 victory.
• The Wildcats came into the third with all the momentum after dominating win in set two, and taking an 11-7 lead early in set three. Indiana Wesleyan began to pull away late and earned a 25-15 win.
• The fourth set was close throughout but the Wildcats pulled away at the end, claiming a 25-19 victory and finishing off the undefeated regular season.
• Cassie Gregory led the Wildcat attack with 23 kills.
• Martina Demarchi tallied 4 aces.
• Marissa Mullins recorded 4 blocks.
• Abbigail Porter led the team with 45 assists.
• Cadee Notter posted 20 digs, Porter tallied 16, and Eva Joldersma added 15.

LOOKING FORWARD

• The Wildcats will host Taylor in the Quarterfinals of the Crossroads League Tournament. The game is scheduled for November 4th at 4pm.
