MARION, Ind. - No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball bounced back with a 70-55 win over Grace. This win extends the Wildcats win streak to 13 straight over the Lancers dating back to March 2, 2017.

WHAT HAPPENED

 

• Maddie Lawrence opened up the scoring column two and a half minutes into the game with a three ball but the Wildcats trailed all quarter finishing the quarter down 14-12.
• Early into the second quarter, Kelli Damman connected on a shot from distance taking the Wildcat's first lead of the game 17-16. With 3:11 remaining before halftime, a good Jade Nutely three-pointer gave the Wildcats the lead and they never looked back. Wildcats led 31-24 at the break.
• Coming out of halftime, Wildcats turned up the pressure collecting six steals and forcing seven Lancer turnovers.
• Heading into the fourth quarter up 21 points, Wildcats coasted to a 70-55 victory in Luckey Arena.
