COLUMBIA, KY. - No. 15 Baseball wrapped up their season-opening four-game series with Lindsey Wilson on Saturday. IWU put up five runs in the final inning of game one, but it wasn't enough as they fell 7-8. Game two was a back and forth affair, but a Blue Raider double in the 6th put them past IWU 7-6.

GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS

• Colby Jenkins led the team going two for four with a double, home run, and 3 RBI's. 
• Denver Blinn added another home run on the weekend. 
• Lucas Goodin and Evan Salmon both contributed with extra-base hits, Goodin's was a triple. 
• Hunter Hoffman and Braedon Norman combined to throw 10 SO's. 

GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS

• Goodin opened up the scoring with an RBI double, he finished with four hits in the game.
• Evan Salmon continued his hot start, pouring in three hits, including a home run. 
• Ty Matthews, Denver Blinn, and Zach Rabe all added in hits, Matthews' was a triple. 
   

LOOKING FORWARD

• IWU will head to Midway, Ky. for a doubleheader with Midway University on February 19th. Game one starts at 12 p.m.
