MARION, IND. - No. 17 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball picked up a dominate victory over Trinity Christian College on Saturday. It was a total team effort, with thirteen players seeing action in the match. IWU was led by a dominate defense that held the Trolls to a -.145 attack percentage for the match. The win moves the Wildcats to 18-5 on the season.

MATCH VITALS

• IWU took a 10-2 lead early in the first to force a Trinity Christian timeout. After the timeout, Indiana Wesleyan went on a 6-1 run and finished the set on an 8-0 run, winning 25-6.
• The dominance continued in set two as the Trolls found themselves in an early 13-3 hole. Trinity Christian was unable to close the gap as the Wildcats took set two 25-7.
• IWU started set three on an 8-1 run and finished with a 6-0 run to win the set 25-8 and sweep the Trolls.
• Victoria Johnson (9 kills), Eva Joldersma (9 kills), and Martina Demarchi (8 kills) led a balanced Wildcat attack.
• Cadee Notter and Rebekah Sergent each had 3 aces while Eva Joldersma tallied 2.
• Victoria Johnson picked up 5 blocks in the win.
• Cassie Gregory led the team with 27 assists.
• Ally Barkhaus posted 11 digs to lead the team.
