MARION, Ind. - No. 11 Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball defeated conference-foe Bethel University 100-72 behind four new individual career best stats and two new season team stats.

WHAT HAPPENED

 

• First quarter saw both teams exchanging baskets while Jordan Reid was connecting full court with Jade Nutley leading to Nutley posting 10 points and Reid with four assists.
• Wildcats couldn't shake off Pilots defense nearly outscoring them 23-20 in the second. IWU was perfect from the free throw line 13-13 at the break leading 51-41.
• Coming out of the locker room, Wildcats started to pull away from the Pilot stretching the lead to as much as 21 points late in the quarter.
• Pilots made a few pushes getting within 12 on multiple occasions. Wildcat's Ashleigh Mader knocked down the first three-point basket of the career for Wildcats to hit the century mark.
