MARION, Ind. -  No. 16 Indiana Wesleyan volleyball took down conference-foe Huntington University this evening 3-0.  This marks the 23rd straight win over the Foresters dating back to September 11, 2010.  This win moves IWU to 8-1 on the season and 5-1 in conference play.

MATCH INSIGHTS
WIN 3-0: 27-25, 25-11, 25-15

• Set one was a back and forth battle.  Serving played a huge role in this set as there were a combined total of six service aces and five service errors.  Huntington fought from down 14-22 to eventually tie the game up at 24-24.  The set ended on a kill cross-court from Ana Collar.
• Set two remained in the hands of IWU from the beginning.  IWU jumped out to a 11-3 lead and never looked back.
• In set three the Wildcats had their best offense of the night collecting 17 kills on the set.  
• Martina Demarchi led the attack with 16 kills followed by Collar with 11.
• Olivia Zawadzki dished out 38 assists while collecting five kills of her own.
• IWU collected 45 digs compared to HU picking up 28.
   

MOATS PERSPECTIVE

• "The challenge in our Crossroads League is strong from top to bottom!  Huntington challenged us the first set and good for them!  I was glad we woke up and raised our intensity level to finish the match strong!"

• IWU takes a short trip over to Taylor University Saturday afternoon to take on the Trojans at 3pm.
