MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. - No. 8 Indiana Wesleyan women's soccer picked up their second straight Crossroads League win Saturday, shutting out the Cougars of Mount Vernon Nazarene, 2-0.  Freshman duo Jackie Norris and Sarah Foulk netted the goals for the Wildcats with Norris netting her fifth game-winner of the season. 

INSIDE THE BOX

• MVNU fired off and landed more shots on frame than IWU.
• The Wildcats took two more corners than the Cougars. 
• Taylor Archbold collected a yellow for the Wildcats in the 87th minute.

SEIFFERT PERSPECTIVE

• I'm really proud of the way that our girls continue to battle each and every game. It took us a little bit to settle in, but I'm definitely pleased with getting three points on the road in this tough conference. We will rest up this weekend and look forward to continuing to get better on Monday as a team.

NEXT TIME OUT

• IWU stays on the road, traveling to Huntington University Tuesday for a 4 p.m. start.
