• Seth Maxwell exploded in the first half, scoring 24 points on 10-of-12 shooting. He also added five rebounds giving IWU 19 at the half, three better than Indiana Tech. He scored his 1,000 career point two minutes into the game. 
• IWU struggled from deep, shooting 3-of-11 for 27%, while IT shot 57% making four from downtown. 
• The Wildcats dished out 21 assists, their highest total in five games. 

• Seth needed just four points to enter the club, scoring his fourth point just two minutes into the contest. Seth needed just 85 games scoring 547 of his 1,000 last season in his sophomore campaign. 
• Maxwell becomes the first person to score 1,000 career points since Cannan Coffey, who earned a spot last season during his senior campaign. 
• Maxwell joins his brother (Evan), who entered the club on January 19, 2018. Evan scored 39 points during his 1K game that featured a game-winning shot over Marian.

• Indiana Tech came to play and threw the first punch! We were a little flat and that's the first time I have seen us flat all year. This was a really good test for us coming off a long break. 
• Seth continues to really grow and add new pieces to his game. We have always known what a stud defensive player he is, but the scary part is there is another level to his game we can't wait to see.

• IWU will play Saturday with their opponent being announced at a later time.
