COACH SHIGLEY SAYS…
“Our guys team played another tough match vs. No. 10 Cardinal Stritch, but fell just short 6-3 in a match that lasted 10 hours from start to finish due to rain delays. We had several opportunities in doubles to make the match interesting, but Cardinal Stritch had an answer each time we tried to grab the momentum. Espo and Diego again played outstanding singles matches by winning in three sets. Andrew Block came up big for us in what I consider to be the best win of his career. Parker Kalis played amazing for us at No. 6, but lost in three sets. We need to come with the same energy and commitment tomorrow vs. Southeastern.”
