Box Score MARION, Ind. – No. 19 Indiana Wesleyan women’s basketball fought and clawed their way back Wednesday night defeating No. 16 Taylor University 74-66. The Wildcats used a 22-12 run in the third quarter to fuel the comeback. IWU outscored TU 47-31 in the second half on 74% shooting while TU was held to 32%.

- IWU struggled to keep TU off the boards giving up 10 offensive rebounds and 17 second chance points in the first half.
- IWU jumped out to a quick 6-0 run shrinking the TU lead to just 3 forcing a Taylor timeout to start the third quarter. TU would take another timeout after IWU forced 3 shot clock violations while pushing their run to 10-0.
- IWU would end the third quarter up one after a 22-12 run.
- The Wildcats scored 42 paint points in the game while only giving up 14.
- Trojan player Kendall Bradbury, the second leading scorer in the nation (23.89), was hold to just 12 points on 5-of-15 shooting.

- I was really proud of the way we came together in the second half and fought. Taylor is really physical and I thought we matched their level of physicality in the paint.
