COACH SHIGLEY SAYS…

  • “The guys came out tight and nervous which resulted in a 2-1 deficit after doubles. Singles were a different story as we were able to win five out of six matches to take the 6-3 win. The guys will gain confidence from this and I think we will get better every match. We have a good mix of veteran players and newbies which makes for a good blend. The veterans are playing well and our freshmen are exciting to watch.”
