Coaches Corner
- “We found a way to get a result. We knew this wasn’t going to be pretty without Keaton and Collin. Without those guys it wasn’t going to look the same. But we expected to be where we are. The body of work we put together in the regular season says that we were the best team in the league. The guys put together a solid performance and pulled it out in the end.”
Extra! Extra!
- Indiana Wesleyan played without a pair of starters in Crossroads League Player of the Year Keaton Albert (SR/Park City, Ill.) and defender Collin Foote (FR/Lake Zurich, Ill.).
- Indiana Wesleyan has won three straight Crossroads League Tournament championships and have appeared in four straight tournament championship matches. All four of those matches have been played at Wildcat Field.
- The Wildcats qualify for their third NAIA National Championship appearance in program history. It is the third straight year that IWU has reached the national tournament.
