MARION, Ind. -- Indiana Wesleyan University men's tennis opened the 2012 Crossroads League schedule with a 6-3 victory over visiting Goshen (Ind.) College at the Sutter Tennis Center.

The Wildcats up their record to 2-0 during the season and 1-0 in league play.

Indiana Wesleyan opened the match with a sweep in doubles play. Sophomore Kyle Johnson and freshman Alex McMahan captured the No. 1-doubles point with an 8-2 victory. Freshmen Brandon Dubuque and Leonard Matthews followed suit with an 8-3 in in No. 2 competition while senior Brooks Ayers and Daniel Stoddard pulled out an 8-6 win in No. 3-doubles.
