ANDERSON, Ind. -- Indiana Wesleyan University women's tennis took a 9-0 victory over host Anderson (Ind.) University on Thursday night.
Sophomores Lisa Massey and Eva Delk won 8-1 in No. 1-doubles as did senior Laura Helm and junior Courtney Kooyers in No. 2 play. Freshmen No. 3 team of Andrea Moore and Aubrey Lohser claimed an 8-0 win.
The Wildcats also earned straight sets wins in all six singles matches.
Massey (6-3, 6-0), Delk (6-1, 6-1), sophomore Caitlin McGuire (6-2, 6-0), Kooyers (6-0, 6-2), Helm (6-0, 6-1) and junior Megan Bollier (6-0, 6-1) completed the shutout with singles wins.
Indiana Wesleyan improves to 9-0 this season and returns to action at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, as IWU hosts Defiance (Ohio) College at the Sutter Tennis Center.
