Run Game Coordinator / Assistant Head Coach
Chris Moore comes to Indiana Wesleyan University after coaching at Trinity International University (Ill.) the prior three seasons.
Moore was promoted to Offensive Coordinator following the 2015 season at TIU. During the 2016 season, the Trinity International offense improved in every facet, most notably jumping 39 spots nationally in rushing and pass efficiency while increasing scoring offense over 8 points per game from the prior season. Moore guided four players to MSFA All-Conference honors during the 2016 campaign.
Moore served at TIU as Run Game Coordinator and Co-Offensive Coordinator in 2014 and 2015 respectively. In 2014 Moore lead an offensive line unit that ranked 15th nationally in the NAIA with just 1.4 sacks allowed per game.
Indiana Wesleyan is Moore's second time building a program as he helped start NCAA Division II Alderson Broaddus University's (WV) program from 2010-2013. Moore guided an all-freshman offensive line to anchor a unit that averaged 29.6 points per game and over 4,000 total yards of offense.The Alderson Broaddus rushing attack was led by a front line that helped to collect 1,157 yards and 11 TDs on the year. In that first year of varsity competition, ABU earned a trip to the ECAC Division II Futures Bowl.
Before his time at Alderson Broaddus, Moore served a short stint as the Running Backs and Tight Ends coach at NCAA Division II West Virginia Wesleyan.
In 2010 Moore transferred to Liberty University (Va.) where he was a student assistant with the NCAA Division I program. Moore assisted the defensive coaching staff and organized scout teams for practices.
A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Moore graduated from Liberty after playing three seasons on the offensive line for the College of William and Mary (Va.).
