ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• In his role, Dalton will assist in coaching pitchers, coordinate Individual Player Development Plans (IPDPs) for each pitcher, run Trackman & video during bullpens, help manage practice/game film, and assist in recruiting operations.

• Dalton also serves as the Athletic Chaplain for athletic teams on campus.
