JACKSON, Mich. - Indiana Wesleyan Men's Soccer senior Yarek Carnegie was named the Crossroads League Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. This marks the second straight week that IWU Men's Soccer has earned the Offensive Player of the Week award. Carnegie last earned the OPOTW in 2024.

The senior led the Wildcats to two wins on the week against No. 20 Spring Arbor and rival Taylor. Carnegie was an offensive machine, posting 11 shots and landing 8 of them on frame for a .728 shot on goal percentage. The pressure he put on defenses led to 4 total goals, 2 in each match, and the game winner over Taylor. 

IWU will host Grace College on Wednesday to close out the month of September.
