No. 21 Indiana Wesleyan Women's Tennis beat the University of Saint Francis, 7-0 at Sutter Tennis Center on Tuesday evening. IWU began by sweeping the doubles matches in dominant fashion, only allowing 1 point combined.
In singles, reigning Crossroads League Player of the Week
Sofia Munoz took her match 6-0, 6-0 in the no. 1 spot.
Katie Parr stepped into the no. 2 singles spot and performed well, winning 6-0, 6-1. The rest of the singles matches looked similar to Munoz's score with
Nicole Puga,
Maria Oliveira,
Lauren Dick, and
Paige Riegsecker all giving IWU points with 6-0, 6-0 wins. The Wildcats have now won seven straight matches and are still undefeated in Crossroads play with their biggest test coming on Saturday against no. 11 Marian.
