FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan Softball took on Huntington University in an elimination game in the Crossroads League Tournament on Thursday morning, falling 5-1. Courtney Thomas. IWU was never able to recover from the deficit as HU tallied another score later on. IWU now awaits their location and opponent for the NAIA Opening Round.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS
- The Foresters scored 3 in the top of the 2nd to take the lead and did not give it up.
- HU scored another in the 3rd and IWU batted home a runner to make it 4-1 after 3 innings.
- Huntington scored once more and won the game 5-1 to advance in the tournament and send IWU home.
