NEW ORLEANS, La. - Indiana Wesleyan women's track and field jumped to No. 14 in the 5th installment of the USTFCCCA NAIA Women's Indoor Track & Field National TFRI Rankings, announced by USTFCCCA on Tuesday.
IWU earned a team score of 77.75 and ranks third among Crossroads League teams behind No. 1 Marian and No. 11 Taylor.
Sophia Haslett,
Makena Cruse,
Karis Hunter, and
Sydney Liddle have two relay teams ranked in the Top 5 of the NAIA with the DMR at No. 2 and the 4x800m at No. 5.
Makena Cruse also added her name to the list with the No. 10 best time in the 800 meters.
The Wildcats will head to Gainesville, Florida for the 2026 NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships. The meet will take place on March 5-7 inside the Alachua County Sports & Events Center at Celebration Pointe.
