MOLINE, Ill. - No. 19 Indiana Wesleyan Women's Tennis competed in a top 25 matchup Friday afternoon with No. 25 Morningside in Illinois. The Mustangs took the early lead after winning no. 1 and no. 2 doubles. MU stayed hot by winning 4 of the 6 singles matches and took the 5-2 victory. IWU moves to 5-1 on the season with their first loss.

GLEGHORN PERSPECTIVE
- "Morningside outplayed us, out hustled us, and out coached us," said Head Coach James Gleghorn. "They came out aggressive and punched us the nose early in doubles and we didn't punch back. Disappointing result. I need to have the team better ready to play next time out. We are a good team but can be great if we play well."
