JACKSON, Mich. - Indiana Wesleyan Men's Bowling competed at the Cougar Classic hosted by Spring Arbor in Jackson, Michigan for their first event of the new season. IWU placed 3rd out of 6 teams as they totaled 5,096 pins knocked down. Devon Kiessling earned All-Tournament team honors with his 3rd place finish on the Varsity side with a 208 average across 3 games. Freshman Camden Malott performed well in his first collegiate tournament, finishing 5th in the Varsity field, 8th overall, with a 199.3 average. Wyatt Walker and Caiden Lundsford joined them in the top 15 overall at 13th and 15th respectively while Lundsford led the IWU JV1 team with a 5th place rank among JV bowlers.

- "Overall I am extremely impressed with the performance from our Men's teams," said Head Coach Chris Karlin. "They have really come together as a team and have grasped the Team mentality. We're almost a month break before our next tournament and we are really going to be fine tuning things to as prepare for the Warrior Classic in Flint, Mich."
