JACKSON, Mich. - Indiana Wesleyan Softball junior
Jordyn Ball was named the Crossroads League Softball Pitcher of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. This is the second time Ball has won the award and it is the third time this year that IWU won both Softball weekly awards in the same week.
Ball went 6-0 in the circle for No. 12 Indiana Wesleyan, as the junior hurler earned the win in each of her six outings. Ball posted a 1.69 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP over her 29.0 innings of work, piling up 26 strikeouts to just six walks and 28 hits allowed.
IWU finishes out the regular season with 3 more doubleheaders this week starting with Bethel University on April 23rd.
