MARION, IND. - No. 4 Indiana Wesleyan women's basketball advanced to the Crossroads League Tournament Semifinals on Wednesday evening, defeating Goshen 89-55. Lilli Frasure returned to the lineup after missing eight games and made an instant impact. The senior guard scored the Wildcats first 6 points and assisted a Taylor Folkema three pointer in the first 3:30 of the game. Frasure and Folkema both finished with 21 points and combined for nearly 58% shooting.

WHAT HAPPENED

• IWU went on a 10-0 run in just over 1 minute of action in the first quarter to force Goshen to use their first timeout. Both teams struggled to score the rest of the way as the Wildcats took a 24-12 lead into the first break.
• The teams combined for 0 turnovers in the second frame, but Indiana Wesleyan started to find their rhythm at the end of the quarter and pushed their lead to 17 at halftime.
• After the red and gray pushed their lead to 24early in the third, the teams traded baskets for most of the quarter. IWU took a 22 point lead into the fourth.
• A 10-0 run by the Wildcats opened the final frame and the home team would extend their lead to as much as 37 in a dominant Crossroads League Tournament performance.
