MARION, Ind. – Indiana Wesleyan men's basketball set a new program record on Saturday afternoon in their 98-76 win over Mount Vernon Nazarene. The Wildcats knocked down 23 three-pointers, breaking the previous team record of 20 made from deep set on December 18, 2015. The NAIA record is 29 three's by Multnomah (Ore.) on February 22, 2016. Issac Andrews led the way with 7 from long range, tying an individual season-high.

WHAT HAPPENED

• Luke Brown led the way through the first ten minutes of play, shooting a perfect 5-5 from deep to give IWU a 31-22 lead.
• The Wildcats shot 60% from the field and 57% from three in the first half for a 59-42 halftime lead.
• Jake Smith came out of halftime aggressive and recorded 8 points through the opening ten minutes of the second half. IWU maintained a 78-57 lead.
• Isaac Andrews secured a new program record for the Wildcats with the team's 21^st three-pointer of the game with 1:17 left in the game. Kyle Sanders and Matthew Brown would each knock down another to set the new record at 23 made three-pointers.

• 57%: Today's record day was also their most efficient game from deep this season at 57%.
• 23: The Wildcats set a new single-game program record with 23 made three's.
