TRACK & FIELD EARNS SEVEN MORE NAIA STANDARDS AT IWU MIDWEST CLASSIC

MARION, Ind. - Indiana Wesleyan track and field were back home in Troyer Fieldhouse for the second day in a row as they hosted the IWU Midwest Classic on Saturday. The men's team registered two more NAIA A standards during the meet from the 4x800 relay team and the distance medley team. Trey Welch also hit an NAIA B standard mark in the pole vault. The women collected four total NAIA B standard times from Elizabeth Barrett and Addi Dewey in the 5K, Ally Hawk in the 600 meters, and Merideth DeVries in the shot put. As a squad, IWU took home 13 Top-3 finishes to go along with their two NAIA A standards and five NAIA B standard.
