MARION, Ind. - No. 8 Indiana Wesleyan Men's Soccer hosted the Lancers of Grace College in the Crossroads League Tournament Semifinal on Friday evening. The first half was a back and forth battle between the two Top 25 ranked teams with the first shot coming from Grace at the 8th minute mark. Defense reigned supreme as each team only registered 2 shots in the first half. IWU goalkeeper Kadin Wolfe made a crucial save in the 31st minute to keep Grace off the board but his counterpart matched with a save in the 41st minute as the scored remained 0-0 at halftime. The Lancers came out the half with some fire as they matched their first half total for shots in the first five minutes of the second period. Later, Wolfe made another great save off an open header from GC. The only goal of the game came in the 67th minute as Grace took the advantage. Despite a strong effort from the Wildcats, they were unable to equalize and lost 1-0.
