Men's Bowling

WILDCATS PLACE 6TH AT NAIA INVITATIONAL

TOPEKA, Kan. Indiana Wesleyan Men's Bowling competed in the NAIA Invitational this past weekend in Kansas. The Wildcats earned 3rd place of 18 teams on Friday and 8th of 18 on Saturday for a combined placement of 6th. IWU knocked down 4,998 pins on day 1, with a program record of 1,117 in a game. The team was led by freshman Aubin Williams finishing in 8th pace overall averaging 215 and freshman Camden Malott finishing in 13th place averaging 206 in a field of over 130 bowlers.

NEWMAN PERSPECTIVE

  • " I'm very excited for what our guys showed this weekend," said assistant coach Zach Newman. "We competed with and beat some of the best teams in the country. I look forward to carrying that momentum forward into our first conference meet December 5th right here in Marion as we host our first ever conference tournament at Crest Lanes!"

 

LOOKING FORWARD

  • The Wildcats host Crossroads Bowling and go to Bluffton on December 5th and 6th.
